I went to Starbucks yesterday like every single day. I ordered my usual but I noticed as soon as I got to the speaker in the drive-Thru the girl talked to me when an attitude not professional at all. I believe they hired new people because the other crew was so nice to me. i always order extra sweet cream and extra cold foam and they never put the extra I have to ask for more because It's supposed to taste sweet and not sour. well this girl wanted me to pay more for something I already paid for. the thing is that she told the other employees that I was asking for cold foam which I didn't, I asked for sweet cream. Since this Starbucks opened, my husband and I have been visiting regularly during the week. The service has consistently been outstanding, with staff always being warm and welcoming. I've occasionally sat in the store to enjoy my coffee, and I have never encountered any issues with cleanliness.
I visited this place after shopping at the grocery outlet, and I have to say, Bryce is an amazing barista! Everyone should aspire to be like him. He generously gave my future mother-in-law a grande instead of a short, which was really kind of him. Overall, great service! Rating: 5.
The drinks are generally prepared well, but the blonde girl with glasses is often unreasonably rude every time I visit the drive-thru. As inconvenient as it may be, I'd prefer to go to the Starbucks inside Albertsons just to avoid that disrespectful service.
