Hoping this is for the Starbucks at Heavenly Village Way. My wife and I thought they were what SHOULD be the employees of Starbucks everywhere. If corporate isn't already sending people down to see how amazing the ladies on shift the morning of June10 th are they should. The interaction they had with my wife and I should be a training video for all locations.
Disconnect between the Starbucks app and in-store availability left me without part of my order, but the manager had an amazing attitude and fixed it perfectly, and with basically no effort on my end. No wait at all for my beverage, and the best MatchaLemonade I've had at any of the Starbucks in South Lake!
We don't usually go to Starbucks, but we never skip it when we're in Tahoe! This cozy Starbucks has fantastic staff and even better mochas. It's conveniently located right next to the ice rink and parking garage. You can grab your favorite drink and then hop on the gondola to the top of Heavenly Valley!
Rude employees. Impatient and have attitudes. Needs proper training. Don?t work there if you?re not going to be patient for customers especially when the menu is big along with custom orders. Other than that the drinks were good. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This Starbucks location is the greatest. They will accommodate any order you request. I ordered a tall grande vanilla mocha latte frappe and they were able to understand my request and made it absolutely delicious.
My wife ordered a caramel macchiato for me and it tasted really bad. The barista informed us that they had mistakenly used vanilla instead of caramel. Therefore, it was not a caramel macchiato as ordered.
Fast service, friendly staff! Our order was perfect. We really enjoyed the cozy and convenient location of this restaurant.
