I only got take out at this place during what I'd thought would be after the morning rush, but they were still pretty busy. They have a system that they adhere to strictly, which is good, I guess, but I only got a room temperature pastry and a drip coffee. The coffee was ready but I was expected t o wait for the several other folks ahead of me who were getting the same piece of loaf bread but heated up before I got mine. I didn't think it was that complicated but the employee I asked about gave me a death glare and a snotty response (and I was more than polite to them). Sheesh. But look. It's Starbucks. Drive thru server was friendly and patient. Scones tasted good but could have been warmer. Drink was made correctly. Great experience!! The staff treat their customers wonderfully. Ethan, MJessie and Robert, just to name a few, they lare friendly and very customer focused. I have had a couple of my best visits at this location and it's because of the friendly staff.
