So I decided to give Starbucks another shot after a really bad experience at another location.Not much changed, as soon as I stepped in I can smell the air quality, over priced water, poor customer service, the store looks dirty, not a place safe for my family. Maybe hire new employees to keep the place clean. DisgustingI will not come back until management is replaced and the store is properly cleaned. Ordered several teas online for pickup, arrived and nothing was ready, so had to awkwardly sit in drive through for 15+ minutes. Received teas and handed stoppers separately and was rudely told to apply them myself (new policy? . As I'm applying them, realized too late that none of the lids were fastened on tight and several of the teas spilled all over my car, scalding hot tea all over my legs. Extremely bizarre experience and definitely avoiding this place like the plague going forward.
There are at least 8 staff working in this store today, rather than making customers drinks they are more interested in socializing with each other. Ordered two drinks at 1:39 at 1:51 first drink was made wrong, still have not received 2nd drink. Finally received drinks at 1:54
The red headed gentle working the drive-thur was phenomenal! He provided excellent customer service! Will definitely be going back to this location. It was nice to see someone so happy and enthusiastic about their job.
Extremely slow, workers chat amongst each other instead of preparing orders. Placed my online pickup order before arriving, had to wait 20 mins after arriving, while the store was not busy.
Kayla was awesome, very informed on current stock and products and was very helpful in recommendations for my order.
This morning had the most friendliest baristas I’ve ever had anywhere!
