Spent 45 minutes (seriously).. waiting in the drive thru line up today! This Starbucks is usually on the slower side.. but 45 minutes is absolutely unacceptable. When I spoke with the staff at the drive thru window asked what the issue was with the insane wait time, she mumbled that they had a lot of 'mobile orders ' to deal with. Well how about you get a couple staff working on that.. and a couple staff working on drive thru??! It 's not rocket science people. At the very least.. a staff member could have come out to the drive thru to provide water or an explanation to all the drivers who had to wait for 45 minutes! My kids were literally getting burnt sitting in the car for so long.. even...
Staff are very friendly, but I just paid almost $30 and had to wait almost 40 mins to get 3 drinks and a sandwich. The one drink (cappuccino) was only half full. And my turkey sandwich was extreamly dry. If I'm going to pay this much for drinks/food, i want good food, I don't want them to be only half full and wait that long. We should of atleast been warned about how long the wait is.
It's always lovely to see flowers as a table centerpiece of a coffee shop. An extra touch of Spring makes this location one of my favorites.

Debit/credit wasn't working when I was there. The barista made my drink perfectly! Was quiet on Sunday
I really enjoy their pink drink, but I find their prices to be outrageous compared to Timmy's.
