Just wanna put out there, last night I went in with a friend and we ordered drinks. Matthew took our order, just want to say Matthew is kindest most sweet barista i’ve ever met. He was so welcoming and kind and had a whole conversation with my friend and i while waiting for our drinks as there was no one else in line. Matthew made our night so much better by having conversation and laughing with us. Great man. deserves a raise honestly. we Absolutely appreciate how outgoing and kind he was. it’s always nice when a barista/cashier can have a laugh and convo with you. Thank you so much Matthew!!! :
Excited to find a location that opened at 6... except their doors aren't open at 6? Went this morning for my birthday drink before work and at 6:05 both doors were locked as workers behind the counter were scrambling to set up. None of them acknowledged me trying to open the door even though I'm sure I was heard. Maybe don't open at 6 if you don't want to open the doors at 6.
Horrible. This is the second time I’ve come to this location and they have messed up my order. I understand the location is busy but that is not a reason to take 20 mins to make a quick refresher and still mess it up. If you did not hear the person's order clearly, ask again and confirm what was said.
This Starbucks is my favorite place, and I stop by several times a week. The staff is really friendly and kind. I love using the order-ahead feature; my drinks are usually ready just when I arrive. Been going to this Starbucks for years and it’s never disappointed. However, I want to give a special thanks to Rafid, he is a great barista there who always has great recommendations and is always super nice. He really made my day today and I really appreciate him and all the people who work here.
I really like going here on occasion. Although the building is small, it does serves its purpose as a coffee shop. I also like the seating and the outdoor tables. Finally, every time I have visited, I received adequate service.
All the seats are taken by people working on their laptops and wearing headphones, making me feel like I’m not in a Starbucks but rather in a corporate office. There aren't any available seats for...
