The customer service is outstanding! I used to visit this place regularly two years ago until my work schedule changed, and I hadn’t returned since then. Last week, I stopped by again around 9 AM. Carson, the barista, not only remembered me but also recalled my unusual regular order from back then. He truly made my day! The pumpkin cream cold brew has now become my go-to drink, and I have to have at least three of them each week.
I didn't go and would NEVER go to Starbucks simply because of their political views and refusing to serve police officers. Plus I've always said Starbucks coffee is nothing more than over brewed and over caffeinated coffee. Take any coffee you want and boil it for about 30 minutes and you'll have a cup of Starbucks and it won't cost you a outrageous price.I went grocery shopping at Ingles I didn't go to Starbucks
The staff will observe you as you approach and continue their conversation before bothering to take your order. There's one employee, I think his name is Carson or Cason, and he is extremely rude. I actually saw him throw my drink onto the counter, then grab a straw and toss it at my drink without even mentioning its name. Every interaction I've had with him has been similarly unpleasant.
They have recently renovated this store, the building had no lights on outside and I was wondering if they were open. I pulled to the drive thru and they did greet me quickly, the hot chocolate I ordered was luke warm and tasted a little too sweet. Hopefully I will have a better experience next time. Customer service was amazing. Coffee was so good. But there was a roach crawling across the counter…
Who can afford to pay $5.00 for a cup of coffee? I certainly can't, and it's not worth that price.
