We went to a local restaurant in our neighborhood on a Tuesday afternoon around 6 pm. It's a place where we usually stop for a decent cup of coffee. My friend and I ordered our usual drinks online, and when he went inside to pick them up, he was told they were already sold out. He was puzzled by this and the worker explained that the drink had been discontinued a few years ago and is only available in another country. My friend pointed out that we had just ordered it online and they had managed to make it for us before. If you like Starbucks- then you will like this Starbucks. They have the same coffee, teas, food, merchandise and ordering system like the 10000+ other Starbucks locations. I like the space inside and it’s set up like a Starbucks so you can do some work as well. The only thing that stinks is the lack of an easy parking experience. Fortunately, I can walk to it when I visit Yardley. Service: Dine in
Every time I visit this Starbucks, I have a wonderful experience. Tim made an outstanding iced chia latte for the fall season that was absolutely amazing. The service was top-notch and the atmosphere was perfect for a brunch setting. The price per person was very reasonable, ranging from $1 to $10. Overall, I give this Starbucks a 5-star rating for both service and atmosphere.
Awful experience. There were only two staff members working on a Friday. I waited 20 minutes to place our order, and then another 5 minutes later the waitress was busy on her phone instead of attending to the customers inside. When you come here, be prepared to wait 30-40 minutes for a coffee. I decided to buy my own machine and can now enjoy my latte in just 4 minutes. This really adds up. For 2 people, that's 4 lattes a day, which equals 25 in total. In a year, that's 25x365= 9,125 lattes! Food, service, and atmosphere all receive a rating of 1.
This restaurant is generally good, except for the limited parking space. However, as I wait on hold for 10 minutes, I can see one worker chatting with a customer and the other talking on the phone about personal matters. They don't seem to be in a rush to help other customers waiting in line.
Starbucks has perfected the best of everything - whether it be drinks, food, snacks, atmosphere, or speed. It is the perfect stop to visit, relax, and enjoy. All of the associates and management are wonderful, as well as the products they offer. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
