Went to this Starbucks, Sunday afternoon 4/16. The lid on my hot coffee was not properly on and fell off as I was walking out the door. Resulting in my beverage spilling all over me and burning me. Went back into the store, none of the employees offered any help. Had to ask for a new coffee and some ice for my hand, while I was basically ignored. As I’m walking back out the store one of the employees (girl with short black hair) starts mocking the situation and making a joke of it. Don’t believe this is how customers should be treated, Poor customer service!
I have been visiting this restaurant location regularly for nearly a year because it is conveniently close to my workplace. However, I am disappointed that they never toast or heat up any of their menu items. Despite my requests, my food is never served warm. It usually takes about 10 minutes for my order to be prepared, and I find it frustrating that they cannot simply pop it in the oven for a quick warm-up.
Great staff very friendly. Today there was one Barista making all the drinks and store was packed. She did a phenomenal job rushing to fill orders quickly, drinks were great while, dealing with all the customers. Kudos to her she deserves a raise !
The service at this restaurant is always exceptional. They offer takeout options and a variety of meal choices. The price per person typically ranges from $1 to $10. I would rate the service a 5 out of 5.

This restaurant always offers excellent coffee and service. The atmosphere is welcoming and the brunch menu is priced between $10-$20 per person. I highly recommend trying the Iced Caramel Macchiato.
I adore this restaurant. The staff is always friendly, the service is great, and there are many shops to explore on the shopping street. The restaurant is situated in Brook 35 West Plaza.
If you’re here in the summer, don’t come here. Or ignore the app time and assume 30 minutes. Ridiculous wait times. Unhappy staff. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
The afternoon staff at this restaurant is terrible. They still haven't been able to make a good cup of coffee. Avoid this place on 4/4/23.
