This morning, I had a terrible experience at Starbucks. I asked for half and half on the side with my coffee, but it was spoiled and had curds in it. I spoke to a manager named Sam, who told me they don't check their products before giving them to customers and only go by the expiration date. When I offered to show her the spoiled half and half, she just asked if I wanted another one. I expressed my concerns about giving customers spoiled products, but she didn't give a clear answer. This Starbucks consistently provides bad service - once, I had to wait at the drive-thru without any response until I walked in and asked for help. I was given some excuse about the electronic signal not working...
During my visit, I encountered Joanna, who was incredibly rude and the worst person I have ever encountered at a business. When I asked her a question about my drink, she rolled her eyes and slammed the window in my face. It came as no surprise that three other one-star reviewers also mentioned her. I will not be returning to this establishment due to her unacceptable behavior. It is concerning to see how many complaints have been made about her. I urge management to address this employee's lack of basic manners and customer service skills.
I am writing about an experience at the restaurant where a server named Joanna was exceptionally rude to me and my friends. We had placed two online orders and were missing items when we picked them up. Every time we brought this to Joanna's attention, she responded with eye rolls and dismissive behavior. At one point, she even shook a missing cake pop in my face. I hope management addresses this issue. Thank you.
Kind of unfriendly, although they did give me good tasting cappuccino and the place was relatively clean. Decent sitting area and it was not that busy, given it was in the evening during weekdays. I absolutely love this Starbucks! They have outdoor seating and the staff is amazing. The service is quick and efficient, perfect for grabbing a meal to go. The brunch options are delicious and the prices are very reasonable, usually between $1-10 per person. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5 out of 5.

I absolutely adore Starbucks, but I would suggest they create a strawberry açaí lemonade in a pink drink bottle, similar to what you can find in grocery stores and vending machines. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a perfect score of 5.
