I never got to order. One of your employees had a car parked in front of the store unloading cups. I came in the side entrance after leaving Sam's Club and had to circle the building to get in the drive-thru. Your employee completely ignored me so I backed out and left. I will not return.
there was a huge roach in my daughters christmas drink. she was so excited to try the new carmel brûlée latte and was very disgusted and disappointed that she found a huge big black roach in her drink!! i will be dealing with this soon and i am very furious about this!!
Great staff and store. Why don't they have dark roast brewed in the morning? Never available.
