This is the single worst Starbucks location i 've been to. They have the slowest service and the rudest attitudes. This isn 't a review coming from having been to the cafe a handful of times. I work for the hospital across the street so I frequent this location (since they pigeon holed the coffee options). They will leave you waiting for a mobile order for, easily, half an hour before maybe addressing you. The time it takes for any type of food order is ridiculous. I 've ordered a premade food option before (a lunchbox) and after 25 minutes and not a single employee noticing that i 've been standing there as people come and go, i had to leave and go back to work. That 25 minutes is the time...
They're incompetent making the simplest of drinks, they overload beverages with ice, or they overfill with milk completely diluting the taste of coffee! The staff is so unpleasant and passive aggressive and sometimes downright rude. I've witnessed it second hand and have been accosted a couple of times by these Neanderthal hipster mutants. The place is usually a mess and unkept. People come in and patronize the place with their hard earned money, there's no reason for hostility at the slightest bit of inconvenience.
This is my favorite Starbucks in Nassau County! The service is quick, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I really enjoy coming here for my refreshing pick-me-ups. However, there's one downside: the Wi-Fi connection inside the building is terrible. If I want to add funds to my Starbucks account, I have to step outside to get a proper internet connection.
Pearl, one of the baristas, is amazing at crafting drinks. She works incredibly fast, and it’s always a joy to watch her in action. Her positive attitude and vibrant personality make the experience even better. I absolutely love this location! Keep up the fantastic work, Pearl!

I wouldn't recommend buying any baked goods from this store. One employee mentioned that there was a bug in the bakery display case, while another insisted that everything was fine. It left me feeling foolish for considering making a purchase. Proceed with caution!
Poor answers to direct questions. Not handled or addressed or finalized properly. Not a Starbucks location I would return to.
Every time we’ve had their cake, it’s always been a favorite. Any flavor, you can’t go wrong. I’d highly recommend.
Online says open at 6am Saturday got here at 7am and still close. No Good!
