This particular Starbucks location does not offer chocolate syrup or caramel in their frappuccinos. I ordered a double chocolate cream frappuccino and was disappointed to learn that they do not include chocolate topping. When I showed the barista a photo of the drink on the Starbucks app, she still said they do not offer it. Additionally, I ordered two cake pops for my son, paid for two, but only received one.
My experience at this Starbucks was pretty typical. Unfortunately, they were out of some ingredients like chai and whipped cream today, which affected my rating of their service. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. vegetarian options include the Beyond Meat breakfast sandwich and various milk alternatives like oat and soy. Starbucks is Starbucks. It's perfect, the only things, it's that it's crowded with people when it gets to the finals week.
