Ordered a grande decaf americano espresso roast. I received a tall instead . When I went to inquire about the smaller size there were people in line.I asked a barista if I have to get in line (3 people in line now) if my drink was a mistake he said yeah and turned around.. 5 minutes later after waiting in Line I asked the original barista why my drink was smaller ,the barista took my drink without saying anything , put it in a bigger cup and topped it off with ice, and handed it to me . No apology nothing.Unbelievable
The atmosphere at the restaurant was wonderful, but I had a concerning experience with the cashier named Richie. He was frequently touching his face and nose, as well as the counter and money. It left me feeling quite grossed out. While I understand that it might happen occasionally, he just kept touching his face, mouth, and nose repeatedly. I was quite dissatisfied with this, especially considering we are still in Covid times. He seems like a nice guy, but I believe more attention to hygiene is necessary.
This restaurant is typically quite good, but today was not their best day. When I ordered, I was told the coffee was ready to pour, but then I was informed it would take 2 minutes. After waiting 10 minutes, I finally received my cup. The coffee was just a standard hot brew—nothing special. Here’s what I ended up with: not great.
My order was not called out but quietly placed in the Mobil order section under a letter that neither of my names start with. I waited extra long for no reason. Was not offered a new, fresh order.

The manager is horrible. She discriminates people that are outside of her race. Horrible beast that does not deserve the manager position.
Went to this Starbucks today and ordered an iced Matcha. I overheard the employee making my drink saying I hate Matcha and It 's so gross.
I had to remind the staff three times about my latte, and I finally received it after a 30-minute wait. Still, I give it 5 stars!
