This is review number Maestro or Maestra—please play a few notes on the piano if you will. Today, I'm sharing my experience at this Starbucks in Roseville. A gentleman from the Sacramento hotel took me on a tour around the area, and he knows I was looking for child-friendly options!
He brought me to this Starbucks, where I received an email offering me the chance to order any breakfast sandwich and something called Herbal Tea for an extra thirty stars. He selected the pumpkin loaf, while I went for the sausage sandwich and something named Ice Passion Tea.

I walked in and received no greeting at all, and I stood by the counter for about five minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I finally approached them to ask what was going on. I ordered my drink, and other customers received theirs before me; in fact, a woman who ordered after me got her drink faster. It took them an astonishing 15 minutes to prepare just one drink, even though the place was not busy. I can only imagine how terrible it must be during rush hour. The customer service was absolutely unacceptable.
I usually use the drive-thru. Kim was very helpful and made the drink selection process easier for me, especially since my favorite Pumpkin Spice is no longer available.
The staff was very polite and considerate. The new hire was very thoughtful and diligent and had a bright cheery smile.. Thanks for being part of my Friday!

Came in just before my nursing shift, in my scrubs; Ordered a small drip coffee and was 1cent short... and, was turned away.
I love Starbuck's. I order my drink via mobile APP. Transaction is secure, fast and I can personalize it. Tastes great too.
What can you say Starbucks the coffee is pretty good but a little overpriced
