The service staff, food, drinks, cleanliness and the facility itself is phenomenal. The reason for my low rating is that apparently corporate has decided to take out all the plugs for people to charge their phones and laptops. When is the main reason people go to Starbucks and I don't need to drink to delicious drinks, but also to work instead of going to the office by myself.. it's unfortunate that now after 30 minutes I have to go somewhere else because I can't charge my laptop! If corporate is looking at these reviews, you may want to reevaluate your actions on new store upgrades! Even McDonald's and Dunkin' Donuts now have plugs for people to charge their phones!
The photos don’t accurately reflect the current state of the place; the interior lacks furniture and has very basic decor. When I tried to place an order today, the cashier couldn’t understand me, and I had to repeat my order four times. To make matters worse, she charged me extra without informing me, so I asked her to cancel my order. She looked shocked and seemed completely bewildered. I’ve never felt this frustrated at a Starbucks before. This was a total waste of time—I'd recommend going to one of the other three locations nearby instead; I certainly won't be coming back here again.
I have been visiting this Starbucks every Wednesday since I am in the area. And the following observations are true every single time; Staff never greets you, in fact you have to wait for a while before someone will come and take the order. coffee always comes out cold and you have to ask them to remake it. They do it but you can see the grudge .. the unwillingness on their faces. food always comes out wrong, you have to request them to redo it.Initially I thought they are just having some tough days but it’s a predictable pattern. Guess I need to find another Starbucks in this area.
This is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to! As a barista and shift supervisor with a deep passion for coffee, I moved to California from a state where I worked at a store that generated $70,000 in sales each week. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this location matches the high standards I was used to. The quality of the products they serve is exceptional, and their customer service is top-notch. They truly make every experience memorable. Since I moved to California two years ago, this has been my favorite Starbucks by far. It's absolutely amazing!

Mike and Joshua were absolutely wonderful! My family went through the drive thru and were super happy with the customer service!My dad actually accidentally bumped his drink on the roof of our car and lost his lid when taking it from the employee, but they were so sweet and offered him some napkins and a new lid for our drive! We actually forgot our second sandwich behind because of this, but were still so pleased with the service we received!
One of my favorite locations. The staff are pleasant. I usually receive my order quickly. If you have the loyalty rewards, Starbucks offers a drink of your choice on your Birthday.
like the new decor music is way too loud when I asked for no foam I still want the drink filled to the brim and not an inch down.
