I want to emphasize that you shouldn't take every negative review here at face value. While it's true that you might encounter a less-than-stellar employee from time to time, many of these complaints come from impatient and entitled customers. The clerks at this restaurant have always treated me well and have been incredibly polite. They handled the situation with that rude customer with admirable restraint, keeping their cool when it wasn’t easy. Hats off to them for their professionalism!
Went in today at about 3pm. The worst service ever. Our cashiers name was Carmen. She was so so rude, I can't express enough how much of an a**hole she was towards us. She did not greet us and rushed us into placing our order. I asked her a question about a certain drink and she rolled her eyes and answered me very rudely. I will not be returning to this location because of her. Such a horrible experience.
Oh my god this Starbucks here on Alameda takes a long time I felt like I was in a food joint waiting for food but dammit it's just drinks bro I was literally here in line for 30 minutes for one drink plus their drink wasn't even that great to top it off retrain

All I have to say is; what is the point of the mobile order if when I come to pick it up I get sent to the drive thru line!! Might as well not accept any mobile orders! Wasting my time! So stupid of them to do this honestly
This restaurant has received a lot of negative reviews, but I personally haven't had a bad experience. I've ordered from here through Uber Eats many times and have never encountered any problems.
I love going to this Starbucks even though it's a little out the way simply because of how great Johnnys customer service is! His enthusiasm and positive energy makes the drive worth it!

Many of the employees here have a poor attitude. If they don't want to work, they should find a different job instead of taking it out on customers.
