I frequently visit this Starbucks near my home, but my experience this morning was quite disappointing. I was served by Kristin, who has an arm tattoo, at the drive-thru. I tried to remain patient while waiting, but when I inquired about the store's opening time (which I found online as 6 a.m.), I was met with an attitude and impatience. Kristin informed me that they have actually been opening at 5:30 for the past two years, and her tone was unapologetically rude. When I asked about the red cup event, she responded with annoyance as well. I hesitated to ask for my receipt, not wanting to extend the unpleasant interaction. Overall, Kristin was snide, rude, and not at all friendly to interact...
Made a mobile order this afternoon I arrived in the store no one greeted me no one asked me did I have a order I stood In the location to pick up my drink . I went near the register and asked for my order only my bakery Iteam was ready . I had to stand back in the same location wait for my hot chocolate which was still not ready . No one apologize for the delay nor communicated, they ask the new young man to make my drink which was fine but if I had stood there watch him make it he would have added the wrong ingredients. I had to correct him but I felt someone should assisted him . My drink was not hot . I?m very dissatisfied in the customer service from this location.

I've come back several times since I posted this review and it hasn't been an issue again I must have just caught a few bad days previously) I appreciate it and changed my review! As always, the staff here are AMAZING. Old Review: everyone here is really nice!!! but if you order for mobile pick up to save time that won't work here. Most of the time they don't start it until you ask for it so it doesn't really save time. :
I strongly recommend the takeout options from this restaurant. The cost per person is in the $10-20 range, and the food quality is outstanding, earning a perfect score of 5. The service is excellent as well, also rated 5. The restaurant's atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, receiving yet another 5 rating. Be sure to try the Frappuccino, Mint Majesty, and Cheese Danish – all are delicious choices!

I highly recommend trying the Frappuccino, Breakfast Sandwich, Cheese Danish, Pumpkin Bread, Banana Bread, and Bacon Gruyère Egg Bites. Everything is delicious and well worth the price!
Ann and laura are my absolute favorite and some of the sweetest people! They never fail to remember my order or my name when I come through the drive thru. This is my favorite place to visit! It’s usually busy, but the wait is always worth it. The staff is incredibly friendly, and Cherry, Anne, Draco, and Hudson truly make the perfect team. Love you all!

This is by far my most favorite Starbucks to visit. Everyone is so nice and they make the drinks even better. My guess is they actually care and sprinkle a little love into every cup ????
The store was out of several flavors to add to the coffee and didn't have the rings that protect your hand from the heat of a hot cup. The coffee itself was decent, but not exceptional.
