I made an order through the app, there was a glitch while I was ordering and I didn't know if the order went through so I went inside and asked. They started pulling the mobile orders and there were a lot so I was trying to be patient but when she said she didn't see it I tried to place an order at the counter. I was told to wait because they didn't want a duplicate order then they told me they found the order. So after waiting almost 20 minutes I ended up asking again and was then told they didn't have the order. Well by this time I had to go, I could have placed the order when I asked to and received it but no longer had the time to wait. All the barista did was mumble sorry about that.
Ann and laura are my absolute favorite and some of the sweetest people! They never fail to remember my order or my name when I come through the drive thru. I Know about Starbucks it’s very clean in all over world when I went for my coffee when I see this place I am surprised extremely dirty in and out side counter please don’t make Starbucks levels down all employees are not even redy to clean when I show them very sad

i love this starbucks. the staff here work so hard and are so polite. i come here many early morning and my order is always ready and the staff knows me by name. i would love it if you guys put out a tip jar!!!!

The staff at the front of the restaurant were extremely rude. When my brother asked to scan the app for our points, the employee's response was dismissive and unhelpful.
