No complaints about baristas…friendly and quick. Here’s the problem…three times in the past month I have stopped in for a coffee drink. Each time I specify Decaf, as I don’t handle caffeine well anymore. And each time I’ve ended up with regular coffe. Unfortunately I don’t feel the caffeine effects until I’m almost done. The jitters set in and last for hours.The previous trip I called the manager and explained the mistake. I asked him to pass on to all staff to be less “automatic” with using regular…to HEAR a decaf request and fill it correctly.So…just got a “decaf” coffee from them about 90 min ago and I am now jittery off the wall!So two things if you ask for decaf from a barista, it’s up...
Absolutely appalling service. I can't believe this is a Starbucks. I ordered a cold drink with no ice due to my sensitive teeth, and it came to nearly $8, including tip. The woman at the register questioned my request for no ice, so I explained that I always order it this way at other Starbucks locations. Despite her slight rudeness, I still left a tip. Then the barista handed me only half of my drink! I confronted her about it and asked to speak to the manager, who I assume "approved" giving me a full drink. I'm stunned by the experience and won't be returning. I also shared my thoughts on Google because this treatment is unacceptable.
The person that always taking orders with the dark eyes the slit eyebrows is one of the meanest baristas that I have ever came in contact with. They always argue with me about what goes in the drink when reality I just look on the app, and it tells me how many pumps of syrup are in a drink. Every time I go to the Webster location I regret it because I get belittled by the Barista that’s always taking orders.
This is an exceptionally good location by Starbucks standards. The interior and exterior seating areas are clean and in a good location. Service was excellent- friendly baristas. I enjoyed working here while sipping on a cold brew and plan on coming back to this Starbucks as opposed to other ones in the area. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Although my drink hasn't been spot-on the way I want it, that has become the goal with the staff I during each visit. It's gotten closer, so with the next 2 visits, I'm sure the goal will be achieved. Great staff experience!Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.
This place is always bustling, but they manage to stay on top of the orders and maintain their positive attitudes, even when there's a line of ten people deep during the morning rush.
I visit this location a few times a week before my classes, and every time, Kelly is incredibly kind and warm! She consistently enhances my experience.
