I placed a mobile order that was supposed to be ready at 4:58 PM. I entered the store at 5:10 PM anticipating that my order was ready, instead, I was told by employee that not only was my order not ready BUT that I was going to have to wait.The person behind the counter consistently fixed the orders that were for the drive-through, even though they were placed after mine. I finally received my order at 5:22 PM and the associate did not bother to thank me for my visit, never apologized for my wait, nor did she thank me for my business. This establishment is beyond rude, ghetto, and lacks basic customer service skills. A simple smile, thank you and apology goes along way. Pathetic.
I really love the North South location and have always had a great experience there, but my visit to the Florissant store on Lindbergh was disappointing. After picking up my drinks and food, I asked a very polite gentleman for some milk. He asked his female coworker to help, but she clearly wasn't happy about it. She even scolded me for not asking ahead of time. I was juggling my kids and had a long day, so her lack of a smile and unpleasant attitude was not appreciated.
This is the noisiest Starbucks I've ever visited. The staff is shouting to each other over the blaring dance music. The tables are dirty. It's probably fine if you just need a quick drive-thru stop, but don't expect to get any work done here, even for just half an hour.
Worst Starbucks location worldwide! Please close this location or bring in the robots and completely automate everything. Every employee is terrible, slow, lazy and dirty. Cannot follow simple instructions or read. Mobile ordering is ignored completely.
