I’m truly disgusted with my experience at this location today. My sister and I ordered iced teas this morning and they had some trace of flavoring with nuts in both of them. (WE BOTH HAVE A NUT ALLERGY) Upon realizing this, we immediately called the store and asked to speak to a manager. The manager Oksana immediately began arguing with us, saying “there no way this is possible.” Rather than being sympathetic and apologetic as we were currently having an allergic reaction and I explained this to her. She didn’t take the severity to the situation and simply replied back stating “well maybe you just didn’t like the drink”. I come to the store over 3 to 4 times a week, and have never experience...
I hadn't visited Starbucks in about five years because of the cost and its distance from work. The store has changed significantly. The decor is very minimalist now and not as clean as I remember. They used to have a condiment bar with vanilla powder, cinnamon, various sweeteners, and stirrers, but all of that is gone. There was some messiness, and with only two employees serving and around five customers at the tables, I felt that the $6.66 I spent on a latte wasn't worth it.
The staff here is friendly and efficient. They responded to my questions pleasantly, and my croissant was being prepared while I was placing my order. I accidentally ordered my drink incorrectly, but when I realized it a few minutes later, the cashier quickly corrected it with a warm smile. Thank you all!
Friendly staff, nice small location.Wished there were more outlets as the one I sat above wasn’t working so had to switch to another spot.The Pistachio cold brew is pretty good.

I paid almost $5 for a drink with so much ice, I can hardly believe it. This is absurd! I’ve visited other Starbucks locations, and they definitely don’t use this much ice.
Stopped by this morning to get office. Staff some goodies for breakfast. Staff was extra kind!!!!! thank you for the extraordinary
