This place had some of the best customer service I've ever experienced at Starbucks. They were very friendly, kept us aware of what was going on with our order and even exchanged in conversation with us while they made our order. The facility was very clean and tidy. Prices were like all the other Starbucks, but as I said, the customer service is what this one has apart from other Starbucks. Would definitely recommend visiting them when you get the chance.
The Barista was very friendly and took the time to ensure my family and I got the correct drinks. She even made a second drink for me when I was unsure about the flavors of the first frappuccino. She provided us with exceptional service and went above and beyond to help us. Thank you.
The service at this restaurant is quite good given the COVID-19 restrictions. However, if there are more than four cars in line, be prepared to wait for a while. The line can get backed up with 10-12 cars at any time of day, and there isn't much the staff can do to speed things up.
The service was excellent, Tessa was an absolute pleasure. The drinks were very delicious and the service was very friendly and fast. I would recommend it to everyone.
