I truly hope others don’t waste their time and money at this restaurant, as I won’t be returning. I usually come here at least once a month to pick up my company’s orders, which typically range from 12 to 15. I understand that this is a significant order, and I’m never in a hurry, but I consistently encounter unfriendly faces when I place my order. Today, I only had a couple of small orders, yet I was met with the same displeased expressions.
The woman who took our order was simply amazing! All the staff were incredibly helpful, especially after I accidentally spilled my entire coffee on my lap, the floor, and the table. We all laughed about it since it was genuinely funny, and thankfully, I wasn't hurt, which was their main concern. They quickly cleaned up the mess and gave me a new cup of coffee. It's experiences like this that make me keep returning to Starbucks!
This is the nearest Starbucks to my house and thankfully the best location I’ve ever been to. It’s never crowded inside or in the drive thru. It feels like a hidden secret! They have great customer service and always get my order right!
The typical wait time on the app is about 4 to 7 minutes, but I recommend adding an extra 5 to 10 minutes just to be safe. The drinks also tend to take longer than expected. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Service is lacking here. No eye contact or smile or greeting. Just taking orders. Go to a friendlier SB on Grand.
