The barista today at 4:50pm was very rude. I was telling her my order, and she she cut me off to say “wait give me a second” there’s nothing wrong with that but her tone was very disrespectful. Not even a hello or anything while ringing me up. She looked like she did not want to be there. While waiting for her to take my order she was laughing at, rolling her eyes, and talking about a young girl who was crying, which I found to be very insensitive. When she gave me my drink she just pushed it onto the counter and turned quickly, didn’t even ask if I needed anything else. I then proceeded to ask her for a straw while she was busy Doing something else, and she threw it very rudely on the count...
I have worked in customer service for over 20 yrs and if I had treated my customers the way this barista did, I would have been fired. My coffee is barely warm and I ordered two of the breads, pumpkin and lemon, and they gave me banana nut. I am super disappointed. This was after I asked if they had the cranberry orange scone and she said, NO all we have is in the case. the last two times that I got the cranberry orange scone I had to ask for it because they did not have it in the case. Again, I am super disappointed. Will not be going back to this Starbucks.
The barista was personable and the drink/food was 5/5. I highly recommend the impossible breakfast sandwich. The ambiance at this location was great. I recommend this location when you are craving Starbucks. Nice team and they have cool drink selections they recommend. I will include the picture. Nice and thanks again to my great Barista Erika. I'll return to this location.
The batistas at this Starbucks are not capable of setting the coffee grind correctly. Your ground coffee will be different every time, even from the same person who did it correctly before. It's been years since they serve their customers like this. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Came in after plugging in my car to the complimentary Volta chargers that work. They did a fantastic job on all 4 of the drinks I ordered. Going try to go here more often since it's open at 6 in the morning.
Buy Hot Toffe Nut Latte Gran at Mall 212 where Ice comes out. Even though at 1° I was quite disappointed because the waiter was not fluent in English.
Rarely go here to get coffee, but they've always been nice and happy to be of service.Wish I could say more...but it is very rare that I stop by.
