The service at this restaurant was fantastic and very friendly. Despite a line, it moved quickly. The seating area was a bit cramped considering the number of people inside. The atmosphere was decent, similar to a small Starbucks. I would definitely return. Parking is plentiful and there is a Sobeys nearby. There is a ramp for wheelchair accessibility. I did not see the bathroom. The prices are very affordable, ranging from CA$1-10 per person. The food was rated a 4, service a 5, and atmosphere a 3. There is plenty of free parking available in the parking lot.
If you go in person, be prepared to wait for a simple order at least 20 min (even though it's not busy). They prioritized the online orders and left the in-house customers confused and waiting. The 4 staff looked like headless chickens with no coordination among the staff. Very poor work flow and disorganized. Will not go back in person again.
Visited in the afternoon today and I was standing at the counter for many minutes and nobody attended to me. The employees just seemed too busy chatting with each other. I thought the premium was for the customer service? If I just want coffee, there are better places. Service: 1

I tried java frepp chocolate. Service was Very quick , i dont have to stand in long line. The seating area was also good. I can do my work without disturbance. And what I say about coffee it was nice as always. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
