4 drinks ordered today. the line was a tad long, but does not take away from the fact that they did not accept orders for ice caramel macchiatos and when I asked why, the dame said, they did not know. they also did not inform me that they did not drink passion before I made my order and there was no orderly fashion when it came to treat the orders. every drink came out at different times and I had to wait almost 25 minutes until my drinks come. some of the people have shy and decided to get their money back because how long the dinge lasted. not to mention the facts. they had no idea what they did. rather disappointed and will not go back.
I really like getting my drink before shopping, it's a treat. Most of the staff is great but there are certain items I don't order depending on who's there.
