I want to clarify that I’m not racist, but I noticed a troubling pattern. Whenever I ordered from a Black employee, the service was often rude and dismissive. In contrast, the white employees took their time to understand my order and were receptive when mistakes were made. I’m unsure if this is an issue specific to this location at the airport or reflective of a broader problem in Atlanta. At other Starbucks branches, I've had positive experiences regardless of the employees' races. Unfortunately, some staff here exemplified poor service. I recommend finding a different Starbucks to avoid similar frustrations.
