Typically a good experience but today not so much thanks to Angie. I placed my order on the app and went to the store. When I got there they were extremely busy and my sandwich was sitting in the bin so I assumed my cappuccino would be up shortly. After just over 10 mins I had to leave so I asked to cancel my order. Angie didn’t like this and gave me nothing but attitude, even when I asked a different employee what her name was she said “Angie” angrily. Then she sarcastically yelled have a nice day when I left. I’ll be back but not if Angie is there.
I stopped at a nearby hamburger place. The coffee at Dieuck’s was way too strong for me and made me feel sick. I decided to try Oscars and ordered a small hamburger with a bunch of mushrooms and fried onions for just a dollar. It was unbelievably good and cooked to order. I don’t usually have many food options, but I’ll definitely be going back because it’s a nice alternative to fast food spots like Burger King and McDonald's. I haven’t eaten at places like this in years! Arby’s is great too, but there aren't many locations close by.
Ordered through the app a grande caramel ribbon crunch frap and a grande mocha cookie crumble. The app said it would be 14 16 min but we were there within 10 min. Drinks looked melted like they’d been sitting. So no crumble in the one frap and the caramel on was flavorless ice. I didn’t have time to go back in I order through the app so I can grab it and head back to work. Two stars for friendly service. $14 for fraps that don’t taste right…not worth it.
I went to the breakfast drive-thru with my son while on our bikes, and after waiting for 5 minutes, no one acknowledged us. I then drove up to the window and knocked, only to be met by a barista who said, "We can't serve you because you're on bikes." I asked if I could come inside, but he rudely told me that their policy wouldn't allow it. I felt insulted by how we were treated, both myself and my 7-year-old son. I will never go back there. Not sure what was going on inside the coffee shop today but the line was long and the orders took forever. I think my whole experience was over 30 minutes. It was a bit strange today.
I ordered a white chocolate mocha.What I got was a milky drink with hardly any ice in it.Pretty disappointed.
I received a warm welcome at the restaurant. The service was quick, and the drinks were just right.
