Wow... is all I have to say. First off, when is a 50 bill not accepted at a business establishment when my order was 10.70? My order was refused because I only had cash in my pocket.... I went elsewhere and got change. Apparently they didnt have a single twenty dollar bill in the register. So I left... came back and ordered again. When did everyone get so bad at math? Is it that hard to get the right change? I dont want a bunch of dimes!!!! My order was 10.70. I gave cashier 11. I got back 3 dimes not a quarter and nickle... wow. teach your staff how to give .40 and .30 change. PS) I asked if i could get a quarter and nickle change. I prefer quarters for most parking meters in Los Angeles.....
I worked there about a year ago and let me tell you this Starbucks is not the one you should work at! The restaurant manager is terrible doesn 't respect the schedule but favors other workers. Night shift was so much DRAMA. Every shift it 's something new with one of the workers. I remember working one time in the morning shift and a coworker wasn 't responding and everyone started freaking out. Like this is Starbucks not Missing person Office. Everyone was up tight always in your business! No respect from either person. Personally I visited about a week ago and it 's still the same. I don 't like a place that favoritism other people and allows other coworkers to get it to your privacy life....
This has become my new favorite Starbucks since I visit the area every week. The mountain views are fantastic. The customer service is excellent, and my online orders are always ready promptly. The restroom is very clean. Although the interior has limited seating, there is a spacious outdoor terrace with plenty of chairs available. Parking is also convenient, with options both in front of and behind the store. I am extremely satisfied with everything I’ve ordered.
this crew is great. so grateful that these magic elevens give me a delish cup o java, with a smile and happy greeting on 5am. I read some of the bad reviews and it's creepy what a few of the titled spoiled brads we are. these types are my heroes.
