Yesterday I went inside for the first time to order. I stood there for a few minutes, not one person acknowledged me. As I waited trying to make eye contact with at least one person, Not one person looked at Me. I have never felt so invisible. 5 WOMEN working yesterday(Sunday). There was no one ordering at the drive-through. There was 3 cars just waiting for their drinks. And mind you I was the only person in line and no one was waiting for their drinks inside. If you are a manager reading this I would address the situation but, you were probably working too.sooo....
Ever since I was little starbucks has been my go too place to enjoy and experience coffee, and other delicious drinks made with care and effort! The customer service is amazing, and is also a great place to study, relax, and socialize!
