I visited this restaurant to redeem a buy one get one free drink offer through the Target App while I was shopping. They were busier than usual because of the promotion. The drinks were prepared fairly quickly, but I only gave three stars due to the disorganized and confusing system for distributing drinks to customers. I ordered two drinks, but only one had my name on it. The first drink came out, but I wasn't sure if it was mine since they didn't call my name, and it also lacked whipped cream. It sat on the counter for almost 10 minutes until my second drink was ready, and I had to ask if the drink on the counter was mine. I noticed I wasn't the only one confused about which drinks belonge...
I came into Starbucks around 7 o 'clock, I shopped around for about 20 minutes and decided to stop at Starbucks before leaving, just for them to tell me that they weren 't making any Frappuccinos at the moment. Not sure if they ran out of the products to make them or if she just didn 't feel like making any Frappuccinos. After I finished deciding what I wanted to order I walked to the counter and greeted the cashier with a nice hello and instead of greeting back she ignored me and continued to work on what she was doing and then asked 20 seconds later what can I get for you. Personally I won 't be coming to this location, probably never to a Starbucks again.
I have been to this Starbucks only 2 time and every time the customer service is horrible. They always have an attitude and act as if we are ruining their days by being there. The drinks always come out bad they taste just like water. I ordered the new holiday coffee with an extra shot, it was just straight up hot water with creamer that’s all. So I paid for extra coffee and didn’t get it, what a waste of money. While I said thank you to the barista she just rolled her eyes at me. I will not come back here again and I will make sure other people know not to go there either
Had the most horrible experience at Starbucks in the Target area. Had the barista tell her coworker that this is me neglecting the customers when me and my two friends came up to the register to order. We proceeded to order then sit down at the waiting area while she continued to tell her coworker that she would throw these matcha lattes at us and that they 're the hardest thing to make. She then proceeded to complain and make threats continually. Be aware of the mean 5 '7 barista with unkept, grown out highlights.

This is one of the worst Starbucks I've ever visited. Other customers were frustrated because there was no coffee or espresso available—not even coffee beans for sale! I ordered a refresher, but after waiting 15 minutes, no one had even started making my drink. I just sat there watching them; there were no other orders in front of me, yet all the employees were busy chatting and goofing off both in the front and back. Eventually, I received my drink and left.
It's listed as open until 8pm but when I tried to get a drink the girl at the counter said they close earlier now. The time needs to be updated online.
They were out of all cold brew, chai tea, and several syrups. The drink we did end up getting was just ok.
If I have any influence over the situation, I won't be purchasing from Starbucks again.
