This was once my favorite Starbucks location. A while ago, the excellent manager that was here left and things have gone downhill ever since. I come in here a couple times a week, but today is my last day. They didn't have a dark roast available and they were not willing to give me a pour-over, unless it is Verona. Yes, they had Komodo Dragon in the store but I was told that they are no longer able to do that. I don't know if this is a companywide policy, but other locations are willing to do it. It's either time to find another location or a new coffee place...
Idk if they got new employees or just a barista but my coffee taste like milk, my tea taste like water, and frappes taste like shaved ice. Get it together, Starbucks is expensive and even when I tell them if they could remake it, the remake is still very gross. I'm very upset about this, this was my favorite Starbucks but lately Starbucks has been failing because it's not only this location but various ones. There's measurements for a reason USE THEM STOP BEING LAZY and USE THEM!!!! Staff is nice.
The lack of urgency along with the lack of customer service has moved my coffee purchases elsewhere. I have to say the coffee taste better and the atmosphere isn't high school drama. My decision came when a manager choose gossip from a customer over helping customers out. She even got herself comfortable before having them start the story. Meanwhile customers were lining up to order had to wait for story time to be over.
Dark Chocolate Grahams use to be 2.25 a week later 4.25, called three other locations along on 67th ave other store prices 2.25 and 2.35. Waiting for call back from Howard Schutz CEO office. What I was informed from Starbucks Customer Service Dept this location is franchise owned this location isnt alined with Corp own stores pricing. Almost 100% price increase for two chocolate gram crackers.
Barista made an audible comment why take a book out if you 're not even gonna read it before I left with my textbooks and drink. I was gonna grab a pen from my car, thanks for being rude though, I 'll study somewhere else.
Everyday I come here coffee is not made properly. Spend so much money on this coffee is not worth it go to another location or make it at home. This is creamer with a splash of coffee.

This is a really good coffee house never too busy and the coffee is great , only issue limited parking .
I ordered the mobile app in running gear thru recorded, drink was watery had no taste at all
