The employees at this Starbucks have always been great! They are all super sweet and give great service… but today I was helped by the most helpful one yet! Eddy, from the order pick-up area, was a superhero…. solving problems left and right! First my order was taking unusually long and he kept apologizing and hurrying his fellow crew members without me even having to complain. Then my coffee spilled in my car, and when I came back in to reorder it, he had my drinks to be remade for free, even thought I was willing to pay. This is my favorite Starbucks from my area and the best one in Miami. All the employees are super friendly, patient and professional. They always get my order right. When I go through the drive thru with my dog they always offer me a “Puppuccino” (the puppy drink) that’s so nice of them! ?.I’m delighted to be here often. Thank you, everyone, who works at this Starbucks you always brighten up my day.
