I typically love this location. Today I placed a mobile order and rushing (so my toddler didn’t have a meltdown in the car) I accidentally clicked to pick up inside. I called the store and asked if they could please bring it outside, that I meant to do curbside.The girl who answered in a flat tone said “I’ll take care of it.” I apologized twice and thanked her. No reply, she said something like ok bye.When she came outside to bring my items, I apologized and thanked her again and said I have my two kids in the car (if you’re not blind you can see that) and that’s why I couldn’t go in.She had the NERVE to *nicely* (but really it’s not nice if you’re saying it like I’m some repeat offender) sc...
I am so happy to see this Starbucks be so inclusive! Specifically I want to thank ELIZABETH! After noticing my brother was hard of hearing she quickly jumped in and helped him place his order. She even tried using sign language to have him better express himself. This is so important for the inclusivity of all customers. After having to deal with Joel, who was short in his responses and not willing to accommodate my brother's needs, this was a breathe of fresh air. Unfortunately, Joel wouldn't address my brother (the customer) and would quickly overlook him and communicate with me. He seemed impatient and unwilling to cooperate and barely even acknowledged him. This was extremely frustrating...
Horrible service. They are not friendly. Long wait drive-thru and they don’t even apologize for it. When at the window, I mentioned the long wait and they just handed me my order and didn’t even say thank you for your business or have a good day. It’s not the first time. I work in the area and keep hoping for a better experience when I return but different staff with same bad, unprofessional attitude.

I was very excited when this died in miami lakes opened for comfort. Unfortunately I can't count how often I went to this place and got a bad drink. I always have to ask for the beats that are to come to the drink that I ordered. most of their cold brews taste terrible. I feel like the personal in seasonal drinks is not well trained. are being warned!
My daughter had a great meeting with her wedding planner at this restaurant, discussing paninis and gourmet coffee. The relaxed atmosphere is ideal for reading or getting some work done over breakfast or lunch. They offer a wide selection of paninis, pastries, and gourmet coffee, and the staff is very friendly.
they always have a great service at this place. never a problem with my mobile orders or order entries. they can say the employees are happy to be there and * drum roll please* love their job. nice to see. recommend this place in the opposite side on the road!
the personal is always very polite. they love the hot matcha-founded, the blue berry flocks, the hot flatwhite with oatmeal milk, the gurter and speckeibisse, the warm chocolate chip cookie and the warm simple cruciate. everything always on my expectations. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
