I really wish I could give 0 stars. I went through on Monday 4/11 to get my morning coffee. I spend a lot of money here. I had plastic in my drink which I ingested and it either cut my throat or got stuck. I called them, I was supposed to hear back from both the district manager and general manager and I still have not heard from either one. When I talked with the supervisor, she said the new cups are defective and I 've been trying to wipe them out so they are fully aware of this issue. I went home and threw up as well as it feels like something is stuck on my throat. I gave them some time to give me a call back and haven 't heard anything so I called corporate, the first call I made, I was...
I. come here four times a week because it is close to my house...but lately the one employee can be so loud now it sounds more like a high lunch room than a coffee shop...she speaks so loud sometimes extremely loud that it becomes very annoying. I use to try to do my meetings here but with this employee it becomes too unpredictable as to what she will scream out with. I am not saying it has to be as quiet as a library.....but she takes it over the top doesn't make for a pleasant experience.

the personal is nice. really work to the line for the drive thru. can be a tight squeeze spinning in the drive-dru-lane for some larger rigs but overall stellar services.
