This was my first experience at this unique Starbucks, and I hope it won't be my last. Both the cashier and the barista who prepared my drink exhibited outstanding customer service – they were friendly and, most importantly, greeted me warmly upon my arrival. The gentleman at the cash register processed my order quickly, while the Caribbean or African man assisted me with my app, showing me how to add more funds to my Starbucks account. I truly value excellent service, and this visit was a wonderful experience. Keep up the great work, team!
I've noticed that the café has new management and a few new baristas since last fall. Cassy is one of the fastest and most efficient baristas I've ever encountered! She really enhances the experience and encourages me to drink properly every time!
