I visit this restaurant at least once a week, and my experience is always fantastic. The atmosphere and the surroundings are impeccably clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. The food and drinks are consistently fresh, well-prepared, and delicious. These people really know how to do their job!
This Starbucks is always on it, unlike the others in Springfield from my experience. Mobile order is usually always ready on time and their drive through moves fast. Everyone is super friendly when I come in to pick up. Anytime I go to any other location, I regret it (compared to this one).
The service was extremely slow. We had a mobile order and ended up waiting over 20 minutes for it. The drive-thru experience was a complete nightmare. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1.

This location has no parking available, and the drive-thru service is extremely slow. I waited 13 minutes for a Venti coffee with Splenda and cream, even though there was only one car ahead of me.
Staff is always very friendly and positive. Even when busy their drive thru line tends to move super quick compared to other coffee shops in town.
