Bradi at the passage window was absolutely beautiful! While waiting for my coffee, she asked me how my week was so far and we had a really nice chat. Does not happen often with my experience in passages. Coffee was also made right and was delicious! 1000% recommend the Toasted Vanilla Espresso! Great coffee and more service!
Typical Starbucks, no issues at this one. Friendly staff and clean bathrooms, not much else to add. Fast service but there wasn't much of a line anyway. Wish they'd do away with separate bathrooms for genders, they are identical inside.
The location is extremely busy, but they offer mobile ordering, which is efficient and usually accurate. I wish all locations had employees as helpful and friendly as those here!
I received my drink and discovered a glass shark in my matcha. I was pleasantly surprised! It was an accident, but I didn’t mind at all!
