I ordered something that they normally offer but wasn't on the menu when the staff went over it with me. When I explained what I wanted, they immediately recognized it and knew how to prepare it. They even offered my little dog a delicious treat that I had no idea was available. After I got my venti-sized frappuccino, I asked for a small snack for my dog that would be under $10. The person at the window was very helpful and suggested a few options until we found something suitable. Overall, it was a great experience with a polite and accommodating staff member. People are friendly, the store is clean, service is fast, drinks are good, but the drive thru and parking lot situation is AWFUL. If it's busy (and it usually is) it's impossible to get parked, and then later get out. Additionally, if someone is parked and trying to get out, the drive thru line cuts through the middle of the parking lot so you have to navigate with Austin Powers precision to make it work out.

It was okay. The service was a little slow even though it wasn't very busy. Just ordered 2 simple drinks. However. We were bothered by a customer that was there that obviously had some kind of disability. We were nice but she wouldn't leave us a long for the 30 minutes we were there. They are always closed when I arrive. The hours posted on google are incorrect. And they let us sit in the drive through, we pulled up to the window and they just stared at us, not even having the courtesy to let us know they were closing early Multiple cars did the same thing after we left.
They were supposed to be open until 10:30 on Friday, but when I arrived at 9:50, the staff had turned off the order speaker and ignored the line of disappointed customers in the drive-thru. I won't be going back.
The staff is extremely friendly and quick, even when they are busy. The menu offers a wide variety of choices, making it a great place to enjoy a meal!

Quick and when I forgot to ask for sweet cream in my drink they were very nice and just gave me a cup full of it.
