I ordered a drink that I regularly get, but the employee informed me that they hadn’t had it in years. I was just there two days ago! Also, why does it take 20 minutes to get a coffee? That’s usually the average time it takes for a full meal in a restaurant! What’s going on? Every time I place an order ahead of time for 20 minutes, I still have to wait when I arrive. I’ve never had a bad experience at a Starbucks until the Jenison location opened. They really need to retrain their staff and ensure they’re familiar with the menu and ingredients.
