The store appears clean, smooth running and all the staff seemed nice. Halley was incredibly helpful. I was so thankful for her help in showing me merchandise I can use my stars on and explaining the lighter roast options to me. She also throughly made sure my drink did not contain any milk allergens. Again thank you for all your help Halley!
The card reader was off line but Alex was all shoulders and couldn't be bothered to assist. Could've rang me in through the drive-through or main counter POS but apparently it was a little too much to ask for.
I ordered the traveler jug of coffee, and the staff made sure to accommodate me. Servers were polite and patient
I had a very large order. We dropped a tray of them and Halli was so amazing to replace the drinks for us.
