I have no clue what happened to this Starbucks in the past year. I went in the other day to order a drink, and two employees were conversing. One saw me and turned back to her conversation. Two seconds later, she takes my order. There were about seven Starbucks employees total and around three people waiting for their drinks, including me. I saw about four employees just standing around, talking, and doing nothing. So what should have been a two-minute wait for my coffee (like it would have been last year), it took about ten minutes to get my coffee. Extremely dissatisfied with the service and won't be making additional trips to this store. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
Today was the second time I've been charged incorrectly for my drink. I order a grande blonde vanilla latte with almond milk which usually comes out to a little over $5. Just because the employees don't understand that this latte is a menu item, they charge me extra for the blonde shot. I shouldn't be paying over $6 for my drink just because the employees aren't aware of what's on their menu.
I rarely leave reviews, but I'm really asking for your help. Please turn down the music so my order can be taken correctly. I've been receiving the wrong drink too frequently. I'm pleading with you. Thank you.
Check your order b4 u leave. They can't tell the difference between a Danish and their breads, no turning around on Jersey turnpike to take it back.

I have to say, that was really disappointing. None of the drinks tasted right. I'm sorry, but it just wasn't good.
Sure the Starbucks is convenient. But It definitely doesn’t live up to the standards of being a great Starbucks.
The line was long, but there was only one register open, with four staff members behind the counter.

Normally busy, but it is on campus at Rutgers so all things considered, good, friendly service!
A solid college campus Starbucks to go to. There is nice outdoor seating.
