I visited the store at 254-21 Horace Harding Expy in NY today and came across a promotion called "Gifting on the Go." I found a cup in a basket that indicated it should be available at a discounted price of $8.40. However, when I brought it to the cashier, I was informed that I would have to pay the full price because the item was not part of the promotion.
Unfortunately, the staff were a bit rude, and even after I pointed out the location of the product and the advertised price, they refused to honor the discount. I'm really disappointed with my experience.

I had a fantastic experience with my takeout meal. The food was simply outstanding and deserving of a perfect score. The service was equally impressive; the staff was attentive and efficient. Additionally, the overall atmosphere of the place, even for takeout, was welcoming and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
The service was BAD!! Giving just one star for the service, they forgot to make my order after waited there for 30 minutes in the line, and asked me to show(verify) my order instead of apologizing for their mistake, this was when someone is already making(after I complained) and I found out they made the wrong coffee. No apologies afterwards .
This was a complete letdown. The restaurant was not clean, with papers, napkins, and plastic utensils scattered on the floor. The table was extremely sticky, something that would surely raise concerns for the Health Department. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

The service at this restaurant is excellent, and the staff is very friendly! Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all as 5 out of 5.
