When I returned to the bar for yet another remake, someone named Tamara took over. Instead of feeling helped, I felt belittled. I was embarrassed, especially since the previous two drinks were not to my liking. Tamara prepared my drink in front of me, and it felt as if she wanted to make a point that I was in the wrong. I noticed she used a different syrup than what the original barista (a short girl with red curly hair) had used. Throughout this ordeal, I received little in the way of an apology and was spoken to condescendingly.
Prior to all of this, the staff barely offered me a smile and seemed to have an attitude, while regular customers enjoyed friendly conversations.

I order ahead of time so I can grab and go every time I have it's been done right but these last two times have annoyed me for the fact that something is wrong there's nothing I can do for the fact that I need to go and can't wait for another to be made, Which is the reason I order ahead of time. This past Wednesday I ordered a Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato, instead got the ICED version. Now today I got a dragon drink something that I normally order and has been done correctly all the time from here but this time for some reason I got all the dragon and water but nothing else. My dragon drink looks like it's on a super diet. Y'all are dropping the ball lately and I don't understand why.
This Starbucks stands out from the rest due to its friendly atmosphere and excellent customer service. I believe the staff member's name is Stratton, and he is very personable and always has a smile on his face. This makes a significant difference for customers.
The ladies at this location are so sweet! They are efficient and seem to enjoy their jobs. I will not be returning to any other location in this area, as they all suck and the one in target is being renovated. I didn't even realize this one was here!

Staff was super nice. In the short time I was in there one employee did about 85% of the work that was being done out of 3 employees. Kristina or Kristeen (sp* is a stellar employee. This location is lucky to have her. Keep up the good work.
On the phone a dragon drink was ordered, drink was placed right up when I went in and was not cold, the mixture began to separate and servers claimed that they did not return the drink. Food: 1/5
I ordered venti drinks but received grande sizes instead. I only realized this after I got home, which was quite disappointing. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because the staff was really nice.
