I have consistently gotten my drink made wrong even when it’s as simple as a mango dragon fruit refresher. For some reason the drink is clearly not shaken with ice rather the ice is just drizzled on top so the drink ends up too concentrated and not even cold. When I tried asking for extra ice they just give me a cup and tell me to do it myself. Horrible service at this location.Edit : stop being stingy with the ice please I’m paying for the drink to have extra ice so please give me what I ask for instead of the literal 5 ice cubes you give me. If I ask for light inclusions please give light inclusions not the exact same amount of inclusions as normal. Thank you.
Ordered a medium (grande) cup of coffee with cream today and a cheese danish (heated). Received my cup of coffee at the register. But was told to go down to the end of the counter to receive my cheese danish. Sat down to study. Stayed for 2.5 hours and never received my cheese danish. Subpar service.Food: 3/5
The young lady who made our coffees was sweet and very efficient. The issue i have with the service is that things are so slow, the whole point of a mobile order is so that its ready before you get there. I ordered 20 minutes before arriving and still waited 15 minutes for my order.Food: 5/5
Used to be great now they are slower then anything and the order os never right. What is the point of mobile ordering if you still have to wait 15 minutes then try to call to cancel and the phone is disconnected
