Enjoy one's normal day, it could turn less than normal unexpectedly. I dropped by this joint from time to time. It's located at an intersection and in a sprawling shopping center. All walks of life would be passing through the door. One evening, weeks ago, I dropped by as usual. A staff member approached me and some other patrons, wanting to close early. The reason was, she uttered, while trying to be calm, they had just been robbed. Wow, I am so glad we came at the perfect timing, even being kicked out, and had missed the episode. I'd like to give a shout-out to the crew who still come to work every day, and even keep the restroom door unlocked – truly exemplary of everyday unsung heroes!
I just picked up my order at the drive-thru, and I felt rushed even though there were no cars ahead of me. Unfortunately, my order was completely wrong, and I received burnt breakfast. I ordered a venti but ended up with a tall. I've never had an experience like this at Starbucks before. When I received my food, the employee handed it to me with his arm just hanging out the window, without a smile or any eye contact. Overall, it was not a good experience.
I'm not sure if the recipe changed for the caramel Frappuccino but when I took a couple sips of my first drink it was all ice, no coffee flavor, so bland. I went back and they were nice enough to make me another one and it still had no flavor, all ice. I don't know if it's the barista who made it, or if Starbucks is scamming you out of actually having coffee in your drink but it's just a huge NO for me. Waste of $4.95 for a small drink.
The staff were very pleasant, but I think it’s unreasonable to charge extra for soy milk. Unfortunately, my body can’t tolerate regular milk, and I don't think I should have to pay extra for a substitute that accommodates my dietary needs. I won’t be returning; I can find other places that are more understanding.

The drive-thru experience here has the longest wait times I've ever encountered. It seems they prioritize walk-in customers and get them served much faster. Additionally, the staff at the drive-thru can be quite brusque during busy hours.
I was in the area doing some shopping and no one else would let me use the bathroom even though I spent a decent amount of money. The Starbucks workers treated me like a human being and let me use the bathroom. Thank you!
Great place, friendly staff, had the best mocha coffee i've had in 2023 here. Rush hour is a pain due to long lines. Definitely worth a visit if you are early enough.
Awful. They got my order wrong, and they said would re-do my order. I wait forever then I have to remind then that I’m still waiting for my corrected order. Terrible

The people there are very friendly I felt very welcomed overall service priceless I will be going back again with my husband all Starbucks should be this welcoming
Was not impressed with this visit to this Starbucks. Drinks were less then par and they claim to have no straws for my drinks.
