The point of sale system crashed and took about 15 minutes to return to functionality causing a substantial line to build.They also have a limited menu compared to other locations neglecting to carry the Nitro coffee products.Staff was very friendly and apologetic for the situation that was out of their control.
I attempted to place my order using the app, but it was malfunctioning, so I went inside to order in person. Unfortunately, the staff behind the counter didn't know how to prepare 2 of the 4 drinks I ordered. There's another Starbucks about a mile away, and I would recommend going there instead.
Overpriced and getting less “attractive “ by the day. I used to go to Starbucks almost daily but now it’s rare if I go once a month. They’ve done everything they can to drive customers away from raising prices to making their “rewards” program a joke.

Moves slow when there are a lot of people waiting. Doesn't do orders in order. Never greats customers and they look like they rolled out of bed and unpresentable.
I often shop at King Soopers in Glendale, and I really enjoy the Starbucks located there. It's a fantastic place to grab a coffee!
Welcoming atmosphere and wonderful staff and selection of menu items to choose from. Excited to be offered seasonal treats!
