Every single morning this is my location I use to pick up my coffee and I have 2 locations to pick from by my home! Every time I walk in to the store to get my pick up order just so I can see the staff! The store is always clean, staff is always welcoming with a smile to every customer and my order is always ready. Ash the store manager is absolutely ?? AMAZING ?? She strives to make sure your order is just right and every customer is satisfied with their experience! Even the employees in training at the moment are doing great! Definitely a 5 star location! Starbucks on BeeRidge and Beneva you all rock!
My experience with the purchase was a complete disaster. I ordered a tall coffee with half and half, two sugars, and milk. The reaction from the two staff members at the window was shocking; they seemed confused about what "half and half" meant. I had to clarify that I wanted a mix of regular and decaf coffee. Eventually, I was informed that they don't brew coffee and couldn't make the half decaf option. I was left in complete disbelief! I will never come back.
The restaurant and outdoor seating area were quite dirty, and there were no napkins in the holders. They also got my birthday drink wrong twice, so I just ended up drinking it the second time. They were fairly busy, but not more so than other Starbucks locations I've visited. I'm not sure what the issue was, especially since there appeared to be 4-5 employees working behind the counter.
I went through the drive through and ordered 2 Frappuccinos, one creme, and didn't get to try mine until we got to the beach as I was driving, only to find it had coffee. I had specifically asked for the one without coffee and repeated my order. I had asked for a receipt as well and wasn't given one. I was very disappointed. This restaurant is extremely busy, which leads to a chaotic and disorganized atmosphere. The drive-thru line is backed up, and inside, customers are also waiting in line. It takes about 10 minutes just to place your order. Although there are plenty of staff members on hand, they haven't quite managed to get things under control yet.
Love this store and the people who work here. It?s nice go somewhere they know you by name and they pretty much know your order. Everybody?s very polite very helpful very nice Liz is amazing and they all do a wonderful job. Ashton is great as well and it seems she is always here. They deserve a raise.
Simply said I stopped going to this location because I?m tired of paying for a Frappuccino and get chocolate mike. We?ve asked for extra ice, met with attitude. Must be a ice shortage?
