I had an incredible experience with the service at this restaurant. I visited on December 31, 2023, at 10 AM, and the lovely woman with blonde hair was the kindest and sweetest person I've ever encountered in customer service. She truly deserves a raise for her exceptional hospitality. I was in such a hurry that I didn't catch her name, but I wanted to mention the date and time to highlight how wonderful she was. I left the restaurant feeling very satisfied.
We came to Target to get a couple of things for dinner that evening. Before we started shopping, we immediately went to this Starbucks to get some coffee. Ordered 2 Caramel Frappuccinos. The employee that took our order as well as made our drinks was very nice and was very fast. Once we received and tasted them, they were perfect. We thanked him for his amazing service. We really do enjoy coming here for a refreshing beverage before we shop around.
Is there ANYONE at Starbucks who answers the phone for customer service??? I've called multiple times and keep getting hung up on! It wouldn't be too much to ask for someone to pick up and put me on hold for a moment! You don't even deserve a one-star rating!!!
I ordered a 96-ounce carafe for a gathering and called ahead an hour to give the staff a heads-up. The blonde coffee came with cups, stirrers, cream, and sugar included. The price was fantastic at just $20! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Ordered chai, got coffee. On the other hand they're open several hours after any standalone Starbucks in this area, which close at 6pm. !?!
I stop here now everyday M/F at 740am before I go to work the employee are always nice and coffee always good
In Google it says that it clases at 9 and I went at 8 and it was closed waste of time???
