I had a very concerning experience at this restaurant location. It was featured on **Inside Edition** for using card skimmers to steal money from customers' bank accounts, which you can find documented on YouTube. When I tried to place a walk-up order, Dean, who claimed to be the store manager, refused to open the window for me, stating that he wasn't allowed to do so. However, the contact information I found suggests otherwise. Additionally, he and another employee, along with other staff members, seemed to be making light of the situation at my expense. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered issues at this location, and I believe it should be shut down if they are unwilling to provide...
I absolutely love the Starbucks drive-thru! The service is incredibly fast and the staff is always friendly. A while ago, I visited and encountered a girl who was so cheerful and kind; she really lifted the spirits of both my mom and me. Her enthusiasm was infectious! Honestly, who needs coffee when you have that kind of joy? I've never seen anyone so happy to be working at Starbucks, and I thought it was truly wonderful.
After walking out of another Starbucks due to rude service, I decided to try this location. The staff at the drive-thru were very friendly, especially Adelina, who was really nice. However, the person who made my drink didn’t do a great job this time; it didn’t taste as good as it has on previous visits. This isn’t my usual experience at Starbucks. I hope they can improve, as this may have just been a rough day for them.
After leaving another Starbucks because of an employee being rude to me. I came to this location, very friendly employees at the drive thru, especially (adelina) she was kind. But whoever made my drink, did not do a good job. Doesn't taste as good as the other times I ordered it. Not my usual location for a Starbucks drink. So slow and the girl at the window had a full conversation with the person in front of me.....while I was waiting to pick up my mobile order......and after I pick it up.......my venti cup is only filled to a grand size........ripoff.....If I wanted a grande, I would order and pay grande price......
If this is a drive-through-only Starbucks where maintaining social distance is straightforward, why is it necessary to go through the drive-thru to place an order? It seems unnecessary to create traffic congestion when there are ways to avoid it.
